Plan approval
Submit architectural drawings and process flow to the Chief Inspector of Factories for prior approval.
Form 2 / Form 4 application
Once plans are approved, file the licence application along with fees calculated on worker strength and power load.
Renewal and amendments
Renew the licence annually (or as per state rules) and apply for amendment whenever capacity, ownership or location changes.
